My son and i stopped by this location on Friday. My son is active duty military and wanted to buy a car. I recommended Kia, Hyundai, and Toyota. When we stopped by this dealer the salesman barely acknowledged my son and when i told him he was the customer he simply walked off. Surprised we decided to go into the showroom. Wait they don't believe people who have had background check, and are law abiding should be their customers ... they prohibit any licensed carry. Great price on the car, however anytime I have to deal with the service department, it is a disaster. We have bought a car from Joe Myers Toyota and now Joe Myers Kia. AVOID Joe Myers KIA!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! All they will do is TAKE your money but won't fix whatever problem your car is having, or it will just come back after a few months! Jonathan Rugeleiski ROTTEN TEETH ass is RACIST, and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least! He had his VAPE out while I was trying to discuss my car issues, then when I disagreed with his suggestions that I had ALREADY tried he called THE POLICE on me. Sent my wife in to have a software update done on her Sorento. Was told 45 minutes to an hour and that was all they needed to do. She made the 9:30 appointment and had another appointment in Houston at 11:00. She started asking about the delay and some guy shows up with cabin filters out of her car asking if she wants to spend $100 to change them. the service department sucks. noone ever knows whats going on and they never give a straight answer. it took them 7 days to run a diagnostic to come back and say it was the battery!!!! lmao, when i told him the battery was 3 weeks old, juan says, ohhhhh wellll, let me check it again. no need to check it again, i have the receipt. complete joke at this place. #stayaway

While visiting to simply test drive and get a general price quote. We were pushed to fill out a credit check even though we were not looking to buy at the time, our first price quote was listed way above what was advertised on their website. Only after we pointed this out were we given the correct price. This process took about 15 minutes, whereas other dealerships simply emailed me this quote in a matter of minutes. Quite possibly the most corrupt and dishonest car dealership in the country. They use deceptive practices to sell vehicles. They DO NOT inspect used vehicles before selling them or if they do they dont fix issues. They could have cost my whole family to lose their lives by selling us a truck that was unsafe. Their own employees said the vehicle was unsafe after the issue caused us to wreck of course. They refused to own up to their mistakes. They will not return phone calls. Purchased 2017 Kia Sorento sxl in November 2016. First thing wrong was the finance guy had wrong Vin number on paper work. Then we found fuel filler door was not functioning properly. Service guy promised us a quick fix. It only took 6 months and four trips to get it fixed. The service manager never returned any of my calls and with one exception, they were never proactive enough to initiate a call to me with an update. This is my first ever review on yelp. I only have the inclination to write because I've been stuck at this dealership for over 3 hours trying to purchase a car. I have been assured about 5 times that it would take 30 min to have my car ready to drive home. The latest time estimate was quoted at '5 min until ready'.
