I have been here since 11:52... I had an appointment for a simple oil change at noon and I am still here and it's 2 pm. What was the point in an appointment if I was going to be here for almost 2 hours? I have work and things that need to be done. When i asked how much longer I was told 15-20 minutes... and 1 hour has gone by. Not a fan. Also, if you see the comment below, I emailed whoever it was and have yet to hear back. If 0 was an option they would definitely get that! This place is horrible. Bad customer service! They give you papers on what to write for review for them that's how bad it's going on month 2 of trying to schedule an oil change with them that I pay monthly for and can only get it done at their location which is 50 minutes away from me. Road side assistance that they added to my bill never available and neither are they phones just ring. This place is just a no!

When I think of shopping for a car I think of stress. The car market has changed drastically since the last time I made a car purchase; I wish I could say that this dealership made it easier. PLEASE GET YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE! If I could give negative stars I would! I have a 2021 K5 and there's no reason why I should be having to get it towed to the dealership for a technicians mistake! My car was serviced on 4/26, here it is 5/03 and my car has no oil! All I'm going to say is when I was asked to complete the review on the customer service I had while I was there, I was given a cheat sheet. Why on earth would you tell someone what they need to give you as a rating?
If I could give negative stars, I would. I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from these people. They are all fired up and helpful to sell you a vehicle, and all the extra trappings that go with it. Once they get you signed, their service disappears. We cancelled our service plan because their "nation-wide coverage" consisted of Houston and Dallas. got my car 2 1/2 years ago from here and I've been back over 3 times getting things fixed on my car. Definitely oversold me on my car but that's another story. Terrible customer service.
