So the guy that works here has been calling me for over a month after my email online about information for there used cars. I had a great initial experience with Joe Myers Kia but now it is a continuing fiasco with their finance department. The first time they did paperwork for the wrong car. We had to return to the dealer to re-do the paperwork. Then they lost our supporting documents and available until our payment is due in the finance manager left a message saying "you failed to give Us paperwork therefore your loan is Null and void". I recently had my car in for a leaky oil pan, needless to say it's still leaking. After writing a review about my opinion with the service manager Troy my repair was refused by Troy unless I removed the review. As a consumer I feel I have the right to voice my opinion. I left several messages for the general manager and after a month of waiting never got a call back. The service manager named Troy did not want to do warranty work on my vehicle, he stated "we don't do work for free here". He was extremely rude, he told my wife if we ever have problems with our vehicle not to take it back to Joe Myers. I have a 100k warranty through Kia and was turned away by the "service manager" at a Kia dealership! Doesn't make sense. I bought a 2013 Kia Optima SX on 4/8/16 and I am not a happy camper. After being at the dealer for hours they forgot to put a dealer tag on the vehicle. I had to come back the next day. Do not go to Joe Myers Kia. I dropped my car here off last week to the service department. Kimberly Waugh called me the same day and quoted my repair. Then when the car was picked up the bill was $400 more than the stated price. It was after hours and they told me I would need to call back the next day and speak with her. She told me that I was a liar basically, and after I kept insisting she told me her manager could "refer" to the phone recordings. Took Optima SXL with Hid OEM headlights due to poor lighting low beam. Was told the OEM bulbs/ballast were missing....what? Told someone had replaced with halogen and was referred to the local shop they use for tint, sound and lighting aftermarket installs. Told a HID kit would cost about $130. Guess what........the original OEM HID is still in the car.
