I wish I had more hands, so I could give Joe Myers Kia more thumbs down. I'm disappointed I had to hit 1 star to even leave a review. They aren't worth the 1 star. Let's start this at the beginning. I dropped my car off at their service department for a thrown rod that was making a clear metal to metal connection. The dealership charged $65 for a diagnostic that told them the fuel pump was broken. Avoid Joe Myers Kia and don't buy a Kia. Look online first and see how many people got screwed. My 2014 Optima had a miss at 46,150 miles. They would not repair or replace engine under warranty. The 2.4 liter and 2.0 liter have design flaws but they blame customers for oil sludge for not changing oil. Problems happen with regular oil changes and no sludge in engine. 0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never EVER go to a Joe Myers dealership again. They gave us nothing but lies from start to finish. I originally went there because they had the used car we wanted, I called ahead and talked to someone to verify the car was still there and available and of course they said it was, when we got there not but 30 mins later they said it just sold. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE MANAGER Pre-Owned Director NICK SAMUEL. The son of the General Manager / Managing Partner RALPH SAMUEL. First, the online advertisements are very misleading and the sales representative "Anthony" lied three times while test driving the vehicle. I give this dealership 0 stars. The worst customer service! I came here because I wanted to buy a used car. So the guy that works here has been calling me for over a month after my email online about information for there used cars. I had a great initial experience with Joe Myers Kia but now it is a continuing fiasco with their finance department. The first time they did paperwork for the wrong car. We had to return to the dealer to re-do the paperwork. Then they lost our supporting documents and available until our payment is due in the finance manager left a message saying "you failed to give Us paperwork therefore your loan is Null and void". I recently had my car in for a leaky oil pan, needless to say it's still leaking. After writing a review about my opinion with the service manager Troy my repair was refused by Troy unless I removed the review. As a consumer I feel I have the right to voice my opinion. I left several messages for the general manager and after a month of waiting never got a call back. The service manager named Troy did not want to do warranty work on my vehicle, he stated "we don't do work for free here". He was extremely rude, he told my wife if we ever have problems with our vehicle not to take it back to Joe Myers. I have a 100k warranty through Kia and was turned away by the "service manager" at a Kia dealership! Doesn't make sense. I bought a 2013 Kia Optima SX on 4/8/16 and I am not a happy camper. After being at the dealer for hours they forgot to put a dealer tag on the vehicle. I had to come back the next day. Then a week later discovered it didn't have a spare tire, I returned only to be told a bold face lie. I was told the previous owner had taken it out. The truth is the doesn't come with one!
