Terrible, in the promotion you said one price, when you get the shop its a different price, I didnt do the service.

El carro tenia muchas cosas Mala, y practicamente querian darmelo asi alfin lo pudieron arreglar pero tuve que esperar 3 semanas para que lo hicieran, el Señor Salazar puso todo lo que estaba a su alcanse para poder ayurdarme el es el encargado del taller, el mal sabor de boca fue esperar todo ese tiempo, el vendedor jamas nos volvio atender solo el señor Daniel que fue el de financiacion que el Tambien nos ayudo, es mi primera vez comprando aqui pero si me lleve una Mala experience

The dealership did not diagnose the problem correctly and charged me $2200. The dealership caused the problem Im having since the dealership replaced the engine in a previous visit and something was not completed correctly and caused my vehicle to have vibrations while driving and going over bumps.
The work recommended did not fix the problem that I have and Joe Myers caused the vibrations that my vehicle has. The bill came out to be $2200. Joe Myers does not want to accept responsibility and has failed to diagnose the issue correctly and does not want to reimburse me any amount.
It was the worst experience ever. I did not receive the service I requested after waiting more than 90 minutes.When I explained for the hundredth time it took less than 10 minutes. I feel I should be compensated for my time and sorry customer service.
Long story but I will no longer be using joe Meyer for my routine services.

In less then 48 hours after i got the car i was driving on highway and start hearing a loud noise. i stopped and checked. so middle Undercar Shields was missing or fell off causing the back plastic shield to bend down from wind on highway and was rubbing the road . They said the car is in perfect condition. I'm extremely disappointed
