People there big cheater and lier. Be careful, do not sign any documents on the computer screen using your finger. Tell them to print 2 sets, read carefully and sign the papers. Make sure your copies are signed by them. They may tell you, we will email you today, DO NOT believe them. Check total loan amount, Video full conversation to be on the safe side.

I been hearing a noise when I Appling pressure to my break, i mostly hear it when I am tuning right. At times my break pedal will go down and the truck would keep rolling ever with my foot Appling pressure. I brought the truck to Joe Mayers to check since it there I got my break pads changed and my rotors resurface. But no one can identify why this is going on with the breaking system. And I am at a point where I don't feel safe driving the truck.

This time the service was completed but this was supposed to be a no cost 15,000 mile service on a new Tacoma. I was charged $99.00 for them to check the alignment when I have had the truck less than six months. Their answer, it was only warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles. Not impressed by dealership.

A Lot of deception when it comes to pricing listed online and financing. Credit scores don't matter .the price almost tripled until I was about to walk out... still paid 5,000 more than intended. Go through bank or use cash . Don't finance at all.

I bought an Acura RDX from Joe Myers and 28 days later the car broke down on my way to work. Joe Myers has a 3month warranty from the date of purchase, which they did not honor. Every single person I spoke to at JM asked me if I purchased the extended warranty, which would have cost me $4700 on top of the purchase price, so I declined. Please know, they are not in the business of selling you good cars. They are in the business of selling non functional cars and extended warranties.

Vehicle provided with only one key. Sales team stated they would follow up with previous owner to request the second key before I had purchased the vehicle. A second attempt was made to reach out to the sales team/manager about missing key and no response. Sales team/manager has not made any effort or attempt to provide any update regarding the other key for the vehicle or accept any responsibility. Service dept. put two new tires & left the other two OEM tires with 40k miles on the vehicle.
