Was here from 2:58pm to 7 close. I came for a tire rotation and oil change and for my tires to be checked because my tire pressure light kept coming on after putting air in the tire. Had them to check the A/C because it's not cooling in the heat of the day. I thought maybe it's low on coolant/freon. After the tech did the inspection, the A/C came back not blowing any air. Jose Teran, Mgr. took it back to the tech and the tech said I need $6,301.11 work done to the A/C. The tech broke my "Return to the previous screen" button, and want me to pay $349 to replace the button even though it was working just fine. Bought a catshield April 2022, the front end of shield came loose June 10th 2023, they would not replace it. when I gave my review on Google they replied saying contact them thru an email address, I have not heard back from them yet (six weeks) do not trust these guys

Waiting time too long, 2 hours and more Why is not 1 to 1.5 hours . Just 5,000 mile maintenance service charge $250. Too expensive ,only inspection no parts replaced. The state inspection only charges $25.00 a year.

I had my tires rotated and oil changed two weeks ago. I noticed a rattle on the right rear side. I took it to a different dealership to have it checked and when he took off the hub cap, two of the lug nuts were off and just rattling around inside. This could have been a real bad situation if I hadnt had it checked out.
