Scamming! Acting like they're fixing problems that they are not! Took my car to another dealership because they quoted me 1,000 for bent axle come to find out my axle is not bent. Also lied and said they balanced my tires. Tires have not been balanced! Ridiculous
As soon as you sign the paperwork, you can forget customer service. Try to get a return phone call, after you've signed the dotted line....

April 16 never service, I never has a service at thiat day! For purchased this 3 yrs used car, Carfix did show all the transactions and maintenance records, but during the transaction of process in Joy Myers is not so pleasant, neither provide fully functional vehicle attached devices, App transaction & actived, fully function key flob (only 1 available, but not works very well). Terrible sack was so rude very unprofessional with my fiancé:( when my fiancé took the Corolla to get fix it
They try to take your money. They don't care about helping the customer. I had a nail that caused a slow leak in my tire. They told me it couldn't be repaired. Their service department only solution was to try and sell me 4 used tires for 900 or 1 brand new tire for 300. They refused to sell me 1 used tire(most logical and cost effective). I asked the rep to please put my tire back on. He was upset by this and my tire was put back on but wasn't aired back up. Very dangerous. Car not fixed on time because spare parts ordered was delayed. Nobody offered a loaner vehicle and I have to wait a few days. I would say bad experienced and my friends will hear this. Not worth for recommendations.
