This was my second time working with Joel Botker, initially on a purchase loan and now with a refi. I've had multiple Mortgages over the years for various real estate and Joel by far is head and shoulders above anybody I've ever worked with. He very personable, professional, respectful, prompt and extremely knowledgeable . If he doesn't have the answer he'll find it in a very short period of time.
