Communication you and your staff's communication skills are very bad. And y'all are very hard to reach I tried several time to call and or email even text messages and never got a response. But I am very happy with the outcome of the loan process. I know my loan was challenging but I do truly believe it was because of Keith's dedication and hard work that the loan closed. Also when I would try to call Keith or text him him responses where usually very quick and helpful.

Everyone else on team did great job. Intentions were well but follow up was minimal. Luckily you only buy a home once maybe twice
