We didn't receive sufficient communication, we arrived to closing without knowing the exact closing amount because the Closing Disclosures changed daily. Then, we found out the closing amount was incorrect because the loan team didn't send the amendment to adjust the fees from the seller. It was very inconvenient because once we signed the closing documents we still had to stop at the bank to get the correct amount of the cashier's check and then go back to drop it off.

The process took longer than what i was told by your team. There was poor communication between departments and also between the sellers agents, title company, and lender. You guys require more staff and it shows. The person assigned to me was doing the best she could, and did really good, but that still did not take away from the bad. I am grateful for all the hard work that was put into getting me the home i wanted, but it shouldnt feel disappointing either. As a listing agent it would have been nice to be able to speak directly with the lender. I understand busy but customer service goes a long way. The loan was closed early which was nice but the opportunity might not have happened if there was an equal offer and the other lender communicated.

I had to extend closing date multiple times, not knowing when is going to close. Your borrowers refused to pay extensions ammendment fees that they agreed on.

I could not rely on the information communicated by Joella. Promised dates came and went. I feel I was lied to just to appease me. Phone calls and text messages were ignored. Voice mail box was always full. The quality control was non-existent. We were continually asked for additional documentation throughout the process. It's obvious your company is simple too greedy in the hot market. You have taken on way more business than you can support and customers like me feel the pain.

No or very little communication. I had to continually send the same paperwork that they had previously that are all the information there. First time home buyer definitely not pleased with Mortgage Company
