Communication was terrible, If I had questions no one would respond or call back. This was are first experience buying a house and felt out of the loop for most of the process. Please be better with communicating with your clients.

The answers do not reflect particularly for Joella but the whole experience with this mortgage company. Communication was very difficult. The closing dates had to be changed twice. Once we received clear to close the documents were not delivered to the title company in a timely manner. Overall a terrible experience.

The main thing is getting the people that worked on this sell to call me back. There were several time I left messages for Joella Benson and Jessica Ramires that I did not get returned calls. I know my title company reached out to the and did not talk to them until the day we were to close. Requirement for the loan were not given to us until 2 days before closing when I was told we need a engineer report. One day before I was told there was one label missing.

It was total lack of communication constant excuses and then finally right before closing the paperwork was totally wrong CG was incorrect title company had to correct it twice figures were missing figures were wrong delays delays delays this was a horrible experience

I did not have a lot of contact with Joella. I did ask if file was on schedule, 2 days later I got the generic check list. we thought based on that (appraisal was not received and conditions needed to be cleared) we thought we were still at least a week away from closing, the next thing I knew Title called saying we were closing in 2 days! This had seller scrambling. Then there were issues an hour b4 closing with the amount disclosed by lender for taxes. Liked the check list emailed.
