The beginning of the service was great then kind of trailed off. We had a few people taking care of us ! But mid service drink cups were taken away and no refills were offered. And no one came to the table fl at least 10-15 mins. In between the appies being done and the table trying to order dessert.
It was not a quality experience for the cost of the evening. We were seated by 7:15 for a 7:00 booking. There were long breaks between visits by serving staff of 15 to 20 minutes. When our server did not return I noticed her working behind the bar. after a request for service a different server took over our table. Service was fair. Server seemed nice. Food was good.
Good food healthy portions but music too loud, mediocre service and ridiculous happy hour seating area rules.
I took my son for his 18th birthday at his favourite restaurant when we arrived and looked at the menu. We were all very disappointed as we all look forward to their chilli chicken and to our surprise, it was no longer on the menu. 
Staff made it feel unwelcoming. The food was below average. Earls and Cactus is better unfortunately. I remember when it felt more on par with them.
We discovered this is not a place to go for brunch. Tea was cold and no breakfast items on the menu.
My husband says the burgers at Joeys never disappoint. I ordered the fish tacos and they were very mediocre. Fish was dry and rubbery.
Jessi the manager was AMAZING But bring back chill chicken Korean chicken not good or close to chill chicken!!’
