Very disappointed with this experience. Steak was tasteless and cooked unevenly. Requested a medium rarity and received close to well-done steak. Would not recommend.

We were first sat in a booth that our chins almost hit the table. Then we moved to a high top, which was great. We ordered our apps. And drinks. The sushi cones, which are normally exceptional were just OK. The lettuce wraps were good, but the beef was underwhelming. We would’ve ordered more, but by the time we had our appetizers we were freezing, the room was so cold . We were dressed normally in pants and long sleeved T-shirt. So it wasn’t due to what we were wearing. It was the air conditioning. Too cold.

Horrific customer service, restaurant was basically empty and it was 15 minutes to have a waiter come and greet us, the highlight was the food very tasty but we had to ask for help three different times. I would expect more from a Joey’s restaurant

If you get a booth and you are short it sucks you sit way too low

New Cobb Salard was poor, burger was inedible. Servers pleasant and efficient. Patio nice. Poor value due to expensive poor quality food.

I made a reservation and I mentioned in the reservation that we had two people that had walkers and they sat us in a booth very close to the front door. I specifically asked to be away from the kitchen so that we wouldn’t have to put up with people walking back-and-forth And it was just as bad by the front door. When I asked if we could go and sit in the back near where the bar is they said no they had two big parties coming in. We waited for about 25 minutes before our waitress came over to ask if we wanted a drink and was a total of 45 minutes until we received them. Food delivery was also slow. The restaurant was not busy.

This critique deals with manager and server communication and the misleading advertising on the menu regarding happy hour. The cost of the meals purchased were appropriate and the food was great. The issues I have deal with being asked by the manager if my party was celebrating to which he was told we were. At the conclusion of the meal after desert was served and the bill was being paid the server asked if we were celebrating anything. We told her we were.
