everytime we come here its always a mess, poor service. POOR SERVICE.
Our reservation was for 8:15 and we did not get seated until 8:45. A slight delay, sure understandable, but 30 minutes? And attitude on top of it rather than any apology. Food is great, but slow. They are just not equipped to handle the volume and rush they schedule.
We’ve been there several times before and have had good service and food, however last night was absolutely horrible. My reservation was at 9:15 and our dinner came out at 11! They forgot us. Period. The food was bad too, you can tell it was sitting around for a while. They were Very apologetic but still didn’t do anything for our poor experience. Date night with hubby was ruined.
Food is good. Service not so great. Good place to go to hangout with friends and have some drinks but would not recommend to go for celebration and special occasions. Went to celebrate my dad’s birthday, noted it and even confirmed with the host just for us to get a desert with no candle. I think the server just forgot and seemed stressed out. Personally didn’t mind because we had another celebration planned for him but it would have been horrible if that was the only celebration planned for him.
Our service was pretty poor this evening and we’ve been there many times. They tried to charge us $150 more for 10 martinis when we had 5. We were pretty surprised as we come there all the time and usually the service is okay. We got there at 6:30, got our food at 8:30 and got out of there at 9:30. Crazy!
We could not figure out who was are service attendant. It took 20 minutes to find someone to take our order. We paid $78 for two appetizers and a glass of wine - plus $10 each for parking. We had to ask three people for cream for coffee. Will not return. After starters, didn't want wait to order dinner.
The portions are much smaller than 6 months ago, the price went up and even the price we were charged were higher than the menu, very strange! We use to be such a fan, no more…
First I booked a few days ago and when I came in with my guests, we were seated in the worse place of the entire restaurant. And there were so many boots and other seats available at the time. When I kindly ask to change our seats the guy said sorry those seats are “booked”!!!!’!!-and are for other guests!!!??? And 10 minutes later, 2 girls got to sit there. Expensive, loud environment and mediocre service. Only positive was the food was very good.
