Disappointing Experience Despite Special Request I recently made a reservation specifically requesting indoor seating due to the chilly weather. We were seated on the patio while we were assured the heaters would be on, the temperature control was inconsistent, as the heaters would turn on and off, likely to accommodate other customers who found it too warm. So bad food was very cold didn’t take care of us. I never back again
Did not enjoy anything about this highly rated restaurant. Could not have a conversation. Food was dry and unexciting. Service lacking. No joy here‼️
Loved everything but the music level. If you want to be able to converse easily, go elsewhere.

I’m a regular guests and have good experiences until last night. The hostess that checked me in might have been having a bad day but she was not welcoming, offered everyone else champagne and walked around me and my guest. We felt invisible. My reservation was at 7:30pm and we were seated at 8:10. After being seated our server took drink orders and was not seen for another 30 minutes. Server recommended a drink and didn’t tell us it would be $95. Scammer.
Disappointed we were sat under a speaker and it was unbelievably loud and couldn’t hear our conversation. I asked to be moved outside where it was quieter but they told me they were getting ready for a large party and closing half of the outside. The whole dinner they never closed it off and I saw them seat two separate parties of two in the quiet tables outside. I love Joey and go often but I was really disappointed.
Reservation for party of 7(ended up with 5 people) on Nov 27th at 10pm. We got there on time and everything wen smooth. Food was great except one BIG part 'SERVICE'. My girlfriends food didn't come with the rest of us(which I understand btw because mistakes happen) so I let the manager know that we are missing one plate. Manager said they will take care of it and apologized for the inconvenience(all good until here). We all finished our foods(even the slowest of us) but we still didn't get my girlfriend's plate.
