HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE waited an hour to be seated because the host had cancelled our reservation . They kept seating people who got there after us and I had to talk to the manager to get seated because the host couldn’t even help with that . Never dining here again

I’ve loved this restaurant for years—mostly for the vibe, which is still great—but last night’s experience left me really disappointed. I ordered one of my usual favorites, which normally comes with grilled chicken, seasoned vegetables, rice, hummus, and a variety of flavorful toppings. Laughably terrible. The worst experience that I can recall from any restaurant. Every single staff member was rude and grumpy. The hostess rolled her eyes when we arrived. They delivered our drinks with a scowl. Our waiter changed sections and we were left alone for 30 mins before some one else came. We left before even ordering entrees. You couldn’t pay me to come back.

We ordered several rounds of drinks and when we requested Don Julio the server said all they have is 1942. We said we don’t want that because we know how expensive it is and it’s just going until a mixed drink anyway. When we got our check a few 1942s were on the bill anyway bring the check to $350.

It took 20-30 minutes to get our drinks and longer for our food, if we wanted to order anything we had to order it all at once because waitress wouldn’t check on us. It was a busy Sunday but had multiple empty tables and more than enough staff.

Our waitress took forever and was not attentive to our table what so ever. We were not checked on and were not even asked if we wanted dessert. The dishes and such weren’t cleared appropriately. To put it this way when we got our check we had to track someone down to pay, since our waitress rather be somewhere else, and when we left our plates from dinner were still in the table when we had finished our meal 30 minutes prior.

Service was horrible. Treated like we were dining at McDonalds. Forgot coffee order and got it wrong and once it came it was wrong and all they did was take it to the bar and add vanilla to it and bring it back cold. They should have re made it. First and last time coming here. If you’re going to charge 5 star prices, make sure it’s 5 star service. Unacceptable. Fish in the sushi tasted and looked bad so i didn’t eat it. I’ve had better nights here, last night was a little chaotic. Saw our waitress twice she wasn’t really making an effort to check on us so we’d have to ask other employees walking by for something if we needed. The food is always great, but when your waitress isn’t attentive in a busy setting it kind of ruins the experience.

The server was lovely and professional but the food was very slow. Wouldn’t have been such a problem but was dining with my 3 hungry boys for my bday. The kitchen must have been backed up.
