Did not like that I could not choose the percentage for the tip, and 18% was the lowest tip possible.

We had to return several dishes back due to them being cold. This is the 2nd time I’ve come to this restaurant & the food is being served luke warm or cold. Very frustrating.

We had reservations for 5 pm but it took over 10 minutes to get us seated. The waiter was great but when our food arrive we were not provided with utensils to serve ourselves nor were we given plates to go along with the chicken lettuce wrap. I had to find someone at a station to get these items! We are in the neighborhood and frequent this location but we’re very disappointed with the latest visit!

Great location. Great unfortunately the shipyard were working well into the evening and noise of welding or something similar.

The service was good. Unfortunately the music was way too loud that I couldn’t have conversation with friends. They also took away guacamole and small sliders off the main menu and now they are only available during happy hour which I was so disappointed. Please bring them back!

Food was good, but slow to receive. Server was not very personable which makes a difference in our experience. Not sure they are being trained in customer service as well as they should be.

I had a very disappointing experience here on Tuesday. When I took the first bite of my meal, I found a piece of plastic wrap inside the food. I asked for a remake, but instead of an apology, the server’s attitude completely changed. They looked unhappy, avoided our table, and never came back to check on us. Was my daughter’s 34th birthday celebration. And decided to try Joey’s Shipyard. The setting was wonderful, welcome prosecco drink, corner window table, delicious appetizers, wine etc. unfortunately the waitress was not very attentive, she took our menus away and then asked what we wanted for dinner. We had to wait quite some time to even have our dinner order taken. I don’t think she was very experienced and seemed to be more interested in flirting with other waiters. Overall probably won’t be rushing back to Joeys.
