Service was not great. We saw our server maybe 2x. For the money you pay should be better service. Also was there for a birthday which they knew about and no accommodation to that.

3 out of 5 of us ordered mini sliders. We all laughed when it was set down in front of us. On the smallest piece of baguette were 2 slivers of beef. 25.00 ! It was a joke !!

Even though I had a reso when I walked in I had to wait more than 20 mins to be sat at a table. People that came in as walk-ins were sat before us and despite the host saying that we are next, 3 people were seated before us. I booked a reso for the patio and was told that even though the website allows patio booking they don't book the patio. Food was very skimpy. I ordered a crispy tofu poke bowl and my wife ordered a ahi tuna salad. Portions were half of what we had at other Joeys, like at Brentwood. Waiter was nice. Definitely not worth $100 meal that I paid. Very disappointed.

It seemed very busy and the service was below usual level. I made a reservation and we had to wait for at least 20 minutes for our table. The table was nice. The server got our drink and appy order and the appetizers arrived before the drinks (it seemed almost 5 minutes prior). We waiting a long time for our main course to be ordered. An iconic location and incredibly well intentioned friendly staff. On a busy Saturday night they struggle with service. We ordered a simple bottle of wine which took an unacceptable amount of time to arrive. They brought glasses and we sat there staring at empty glasses for 20 minutes.
