Went for a bday dinner to celebrate my son’s 14 bday. Hostess and server even asked us whose bday it is. All other tables got a bday desert with a candle but for some reason we did not. We were very disappointed and not impressed. Sadly enough difficult to explain the discrimination to my son.

Extra slow service. Plate was small n expensive. Expensive parking close by. Inconvenient location, n noisy inside the restaurant.

お味に関しては、普通というかさして美味しいとは思いませんでした。やはり、日本には敵わないなぁという感じ。雰囲気は最高で対岸の夜景までしっかりと見えました。

Disappointing. 1. Waited over our booked time to be seated 2. Waited at length for our food order to be taken 3. One dish was served cold. 4. Seated in a drafty area with minimal lighting when requested different seating on the booking form. 5. Felt chaotic, staff unorganised

We had booked a table for 7 months ago, we ended up getting a table for 6. My family had driven 5 hours for this dinner. We brought a nice bottle of wine to be corked, it took over an hour for them to get to it. We ended up moving outside to a table that could fit 6 but with a little more space. There was a rain storm and some of our backs got wet. Someone brought blankets over about 30 min too late. Our water came about 80 min into our dining time, our food order was taken about 70 min after we sat down. Epic fail Joeys. If... read more

Extremely poor service. Waiting for over 45 mins for our food. Had the ask the waitress 3 times for water. Good is consistent with other locations. Great view. Very noisy.

We had kindly asked for a nice table for a birthday and were not given it. We would have gone somewhere else and would have preferred to have been told it was not possible upon booking. Poor customer service
