Horrific service. Slow, laborious, inattentive and dismissive. Food takes forever to come out, be prepared to wait a LONG time. Portion sizes could be improved too, value for money is mid at best. A disappointing experience.

had reservation and when we arrived there were some guests that had been seated but didn't like their table - rather than seating us as we were waiting, the existing guests were seated at another table however did not like that table either - so we continued to wait.......eventually another staff member seated us - upstairs BUT did not bring the laptop so was unable to provide which tables were ready for us - we again waited until his return and then we were seated.........I was entertaining a guest from Europe and while I h... read more

The reservation was misplaced by the host and they did not react to their mistake. Had to go up twice to honor our reservation. Also talked us into happy hour special and we paid full price, no happy put. Overall we walked away very disappointed

First things first, I want to say that I used to like this restaurant because l love their food. But I probably won’t be coming back, and here’s why: During one of my visits in 2024, I was seated on the patio, and that was when I noticed we were one of the 2 tables of Asian guests who were both seated in the middle row of tables that were closer to the inner side of the restaurant while non-Asian guests were all seated closer to the harbour. Bad service, waited 20 min for water. Food portion is tiny for pastas

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Went with husband and granddaughter. My food and my husbands food arrived but our granddaughters did not. After waiting 10 minutes the waitress informed us that they had burnt her hamburger and had to start over. Finally, after another 10 minutes I told my husband to go ahead and eat. Of course by this time his hamburger was cold. Her hamburger finally arrived after we both had almost finished our meals. Great afternoon for a couple of glasses of wine. Weather was perfect, food was great and server was helpful, but the music was way too loud. We could barely carry on a conversation. We could have stayed longer for a few more drinks but the loud music exhausted us from trying to exchange a few words!! So overall great except the unbearable loud sound from the music. Hope you will take that into consideration in your future marketing schemes.

From seating it took one hour for all five of us to receive our drinks. We don’t care that there are three pretty girls coming to talk to us before anyone takes our order just take the order and get guests a drink and a starter. Came for the steak. We’re told at 50 mins to seating that the two we wanted weren’t available on the menu. Pasta wasn’t cooked and wrong order was given for two of our table.
