Disappointing Service on a Special Occasion I recently chose this restaurant to celebrate a special birthday, hoping for an exceptional dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell short due to the lackluster service. Firstly, the staff left finished plates on our table for a whopping 30 minutes, which was quite frustrating. My wife’s food was too salty and was also acknowledged after the fact, apparently the kitchen had made a mistake with the meat. We all finished our dinners before her food came back, so she ate alone. It was also her birthday and at the beginning, I asked the server to surprise her with a lava cake with a candle. My wife was still eating when the cake arrived, completely ruined the surprise and also, no candle. The desert was left on the table, melting. Ruined our birthday dinner for my wife. We arrived with a reservation but waited 20 minutes past that time to be seated. The front staff was very disorganized and our party went to them three times to check on our seating and received very little assistance. When we were seated, our server was good and the food was enjoyable but our experience was soured by the poor service at the host stand.

I am a repeat customer here and I have been here twice this week but the service I got from the waitress , Allegro was worst ever. Her attitude was so crude and didn’t care about customer’s need. I can tell this service job does not fit into her character. She needs to learn that working as a server is not only for serving the food. It was for my birthday and she ruined my special day .
