They wanted to not give me the information on the car I was looking at and tryed to up sale.

My wife took our car in for a recall on the hoodlatch which we had never had a issue with since then the hood primary latch has released at least 4 times while she has been driving she took the car back and was told the primary latch was'nt the recall seem strange that it never happened until after it was worked on at dealership

Waited 2 1/2 hours for this service to be completed. Charged me $99+ to tell me that my brakes did not need to be changed yet. Oil was not changed as the record indicates.

I took my car to Johnson City Nissan to have the brakes checked. I waited 2 1/2 hours for them to charge me $99+ only to tell me that my brakes did not need to be changed.

Problems, they said last free oil change, they're wrong, if they can't do their job right, I'll go somewhere else.

I haven't owned this car for 2 years now. Wish carfax would get their information corrected. Can't say I would trust carfax. I have not had any service work done at Johnson City Niaasn and don't have a reason to so I don't know how they are as a dealer.
