Right from the start the overall process showcased was very immature. I was referred to PRMG through Zillow, I'd be also registering a compliant with them for the overall negative experience I had with this process. 1. The loan coordinator who was aligned initially kept on telling me that I would be provided options to choose from on rates. 2. After lot of pushing for weeks, I was provided a Closing Cost calculation on 7/31/2023 with the interest rate of 6.5% and 'Points' at $0. The 'Origination Charges' totaling to $1,860. ... read more

I get that this is his job, but I definitely wouldn't want to be a customer. I continuously expressed my availability is after 6:30 and received SPAM calls throughout the day. But ironically my phone never rang on the weekends... And what made me block his number is when I got off of work, he sent me a "LMK" text. IM BUYING A HOUSE!!! Not a toaster on craigslist. My interaction with Jordan Vreeland started off really enthusiastically. He was quick to respond and even set me up with a local realtor team (who turns out is managed by his brother, but that was not disclosed, ever. I found out through my own research.) Initially things were going great. Realtor team was quick amd responsive. I would tell and never go through this company again. From the relator to the broker being fired And no one responding to messages! This was the worst time I’ve ever had! No one communicating, within the last three days of closing It’s not the easiest process to begin with and then having a team like this.

Actually they were so bad so many called etc from their team that I thought they were a scam. We have perfect credit! Of course we learned new info on buying a second house but when we asked them to take on our mortgage now to refi and pull equity out, they got all the info etc started. Emailed, they told us numerous time they would get numbers to us, never heard a thing. So now I have a hard inquiry on my credit for nothing!

This is disorganized business with poor communications skills, never choose someone to do business with over text and emails again. I had to wait for Pre approval letter for over a month so I can put an offer, and I had to cancel the purchase, weeks later, I get an email from someone outside of that business with Gmail account, claiming that they will be the one working on my loan and asked for all the info again..apparently, Jordan team never done anything in first place.

Wouldn’t stop blowing up my phone with calls and text and then gave a realtor my contact info without my permission after I told him I already had a realtor.

Absolute terrible communication from start to finish. Missed an obvious opportunity to lock in rates, was told that my closing costs would only go down by the time we reached closing - instead they went up 10K and points were charged that were not disclosed all the way up until the day before I got my final disclosure and options were limited. Wasn't told my co-signer's credit was negatively affecting my loan terms so I can seek out an alternative. basically, everything that could have gone wrong, did.

I was only seeking a letter showing I was approved for a specific amount. This lender stated that they would only request a Soft Credit pull and that I would need to submit bank statements, pay stubs, and other financial info. He wrote that my credit score would not be affected with a soft credit pull. I told him that I really wanted to pay cash for a home and would not need a loan.
