The first time we talked I asked about fees and rates as I was shopping for a mortgage. He never answered the rate question and was vague on fees. I gave him enough personal information to start the prequalification. The next time we talked he told me I was prequalified and wanted to do a full qualification. Again nothing in writing. I told him i needed a rate quote first. He gave me general rates like low 4s or high 3s. I tokd him he was too high and he said everyone has the same rate. I told Jordan that my dad was in the hospital and I was not interested. I told him more than once that I wasn't interested. He REPEATEDLY kept contacting me. It wasn't until I actually sent him a picture of my dad while he was in he hospital suffering, that he finally stopped contacting me. NO compassion!

We are in the appraisal part of the process right now so things are going as expected. Just wish I was explained a little more on the numbers part n why they are what they are but beside that I'm pleased with the service thus far. Can't wait to finalize the loan in move into our home .. Well I thought it was all going well but personal preference got in the way they lead us on for over 3 mos and then never even gave a denial letter so we were out the inspection plus the appraisal all the while they knew they weren't going to... read more
