This guy, who i never talked to, but one time. He called me and sent me an email begging me for a five star review. He didnt do anything. Oh yeah, ran two hard pulls on my credit for no reason, thats what he did. Then contacted me for 5 stars.
Lender said down payment had to be in bank 60 days before we could be considered. The next lender we contacted got it right through with no problems. Kept asking for things I had already sent them
The owner of the company was polite but did not manage his employees very well. After being contacted and giving all my information I was simply told no they could not do anything for me. My question was, what did I need to do so they could do something for me. No one ever contacted me back, no one ever gave me an answer, they just decided I wasn't worth the effort in my mind.
I inquired about a property I was interested in. What I didn't know was the onslaught of text messages and emails I was about to encounter. It was unbelievable. I finally blocked his number and email, as I did with all the other people that somehow found their way into the loop. I like good communication, but this was absolutely ridiculous.
They kept calling over and over within 10 minutes, and when i forwarded them to voicemail because i was busy, they just hung up and called back immediately. When i complained, the rep got very rude with me. I also received a million texts, from several different reps from this group all at once. It was just very unprofessional.
No Follow up with me regarding my loan application for pre-approval, what a guy. I had to get my real estate agent to call him in order to figure out what was taking so long. And even then he was like some Big Shot Banker guy. Like the loan amount I was asking wasn't big enough to waste his time. The loan application is still listed as pending review on this guys loan site months later. The guy just never got back to me...Thanks Guy.
Provided my contact info to the site and he never got in touch with me or even tried to. Don’t request info from everyone if you’re not even going to attempt to call them and just waste time.
He took all my information and said I’ll call you back in 15-20 mins (just like scammers). I’ve never given this much sensitive information over the phone.

Very rude and nasty when we told him we decided to use another bank, he went as far as to hang up on me, very unprofessional, “Hot Head”. Continued to call when I asked him not to.
