I spoke with Jordan who was friendly, and professional! He told me he would get back to me and send me forms to see what I pre-qualify for. However that did not happen, I reached out a few times and never got a response.
Completely unprofessional. They do not care about their clients best interest and are only concerned with making sure you use them as a lender and try to force you to go with them as a lender even though their options are the worst on the market. When I chose a different lender they told my realtor to do whatever she could to cancel my deal and make me lose the house. They shouldn’t be in business.
I talked to him ONCE, the other 2 times it was his assistant and she did Not know what she was doing at all. I stopped communicating and I have YET to hear back from any of them. Lack of professionalism, communication and interest to help customers at the Very Least.
The people I spoke with were flippant and unprofessional. They were unorganized. After I authorized a credit check they argued that I didn't. As a result they made two hits on my credit file when they checked twice.
Jordan’s company was great through the pre-approval process. The issues started with the order of the Appraisal. Having worked in the Real Estate industry before I was somewhat familiar with the process. There were delays with getting the appraisal ordered, and then they could not get anyone to do it. I was pre-approved for a certain amount and I requested a letter so that I can put an offer on a house. I never received the letter and I also never received a response as to why I never received the letter. The house I wanted was sold. While I know this happens I would have wanted at least a chance to make an offer. When I was new I was in touch with some of his staff members but after I requested the letter I never heard back from anyone, no text, no email, no phone call. As soon as he learned that my income came from my own business, it was over. He rejected the application and asked for a great review. Another company, after learning my income and assets, immediately provided a pre-approval letter.
I received this email on the last day of my appraisal contingency telling me I needed another appraisal. There was no way to get another appraisal in a day, therefore, I have to pay cash for the house, or lose my $10k earnest money. They've been working on this loan for 2 months. Everything was moving quickly and initially I was impressed. Although I dealt almost exclusively with a processor. Then I couldn’t get basic questions answered, such as proposed terms of the loan. Once I finally received those answers, after asking repeatedly, the loan was not at all competitive. I asked for help downloading my file so I could better understand the loan.
