I was trying to do business with Jordan but unfortunately, although he may appear to be trustworthy he isn’t. I knew I was able to get a lower interest rate and he never lowered it and my closing costs were also high. I told Jordan multiple times that I knew I could have a lower rate and that the closing costs were to high. He came up with excuse after excuse as of why I couldn’t and used scare tactics telling me that if I go with someone else I may not be able to close. I never heard from this lender and do not know who he is! I think I reached out on zillow about a property and I do not ever recall hearing from this lender at all. Zillow sent me a survey to take on him but I do not know how to give a proper survey for him because I never met him or do I know him??? This is the best review I can give and I hope this helps zillow.

I recently made contact with Zillow to seek a lender for a home I was considering in a mountain community. Zillow matched me with Jordan Vreeland and his 14 day mortgage company. Although he responded quite quickly requesting some income documents from me, I never completed an application yet he ran my credit without my approval. Zero courtesy there. I feel betrayed and violated.

After emailing him all required documents, he never bothered to update me and it’s been over 2 months. He could’ve just said you can’t qualify. So unprofessional and unreliable.

Jordan ultimately used fear tactics when I started leaning toward a different mortgage lender. He said that I wouldn't be able to close on time and that he was really the best and would be the only one who could make this happen. He sent me screen shots from obscure rating websites that are basically screenshots from websites that aren't major review sites. They were nice and professional over the entire process, yet they couldn't get me a mortgage loan because they were too limited in their choice of lenders. I don't think they had access to too many lenders. I decided to go with someone else, and to surprise (thank God) this other broker was able to get me a loan in less than 2 weeks. My advise to them: please be better connected, perhaps with a large pool of lenders so that you may be able to provide additional loan options to your potential clients. .

Jordan is very unprofessional. He used high pressure to try and sucker me into less than favorable loan terms. When I looked elsewhere and found better rates, he tried to convince me they were hiding fees and nobody could do a better rate. This simply wasn't true. When I last spoke to Jordan about going with another lender he was incredibly rude, called the other lenders liars, told me good luck coming up with the money for the hidden fees and hung up on me.

I chose Jordan based on the amazing Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, I think they must be faked because Jordan is the worst mortgage broker I have ever worked with. Jordan’s team follows the classic over promise and under deliver.
