Closed less than a month after offer was made. Joe and his team were very efficient, gathering all information needed for the loan. We responded quickly with the needed information. We had planned on closing at the end of the month and ended up closing in the middle of the month instead.
If I could have given Joe 10 stars I would have. He made both the buying and mortgage experience enjoyable. We closed our house in about three weeks and he stayed on top of everything to ensure the closing went smoothly. I highly recommend Joe.

I've completed 3 or 4 mortgages/refi's with Joe, and have experienced nothing but top notch service. I no longer shop around, and call only Joe when I need a mortgage. He is always thinking ahead, presenting options, well-prepared, and in constant communication. I even get responses to email outside of office hours. Underwriting and closings have all been very smooth on his end of things. I say all of this having experience with a number of lenders (I own rental properties and have done about 10 or 12 mortgages/refi's.
We refinanced our home with Joe. It was super fast and easy. It only took about two weeks. Joe was very friendly and responsive. I would refer him to anybody!
