Joe was very helpful in our mortgage process, he always had a quick response when we had a question. The mortgage was approved days before the closing, which put us at ease.

In the past, I worked with other companies before to complete a refinance and I had to follow up with them every time to ensure all deadlines are meant and once they had my business they didn't care to explain any of the documents. I even tried the site that sends multiple inquiries to a variety companies and they try to compete for your business and they are all the same lousy service. Joe is the most knowledgeable lender that I have ever seen. He always knew what was going on and any issue that we ran into he had a fix for it. His knowledge of HUD was vast and I would never use another lender.
Joe and his team were exceptional for our investment property purchase. The whole loan process went smoothly. I'm especially grateful for Joe's Investment Property Analysis Spreadsheet, which has revolutionized the way I look at deals. It's helping us compare properties faster and smarter. Joe is there to make as much money as he can. We both spoke about attending Colorado School of Mines and created a friendly connection, but then Joe refused to use my credit score that was run a month earlier. The previous credit score was a 770. The new credit score was 640 due to a $350 collection from a health insurance charge that wasnt accepted by insurance. I chose this company after being turned down from a previous company cause I am self employed and my debt to income ratio was too high. I met with Joe and his team to see if it would be a good fit to work together & I disclosed all of the information that I previously mentioned. Joe told me they would have to run my credit again and If there was any other debts I had recently opened, I disclosed that there was none that I am aware of. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ! BE AWARE! There are better lenders out there. Joe Massey was totally disrespectful and unprofessional through the entire process. I was shopping around for the best interest rates for refinancing as a wise and responsible home owner. I was very respectful and answered all his questions through out the whole process.
