Josh and his team were perfect throughout my loan process. Josh would always be a text or phone call away if i had any questions. Even on his days off he would text or call back. His team were extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend josh to to anyone who is trying to purchase a home. I was extremely impressed with his work ethic and urgency to get things done. 10/10

This was my second home I purchased and by far the best experience I have had up to this point. Josh was friendly and very helpful through the whole process. I first was introduced with him in August 2018. He pre-qualified me for a home loan. He provided the steps I needed to work on while my home was in the build process. By the time the loan was finished, I needed to provide a few updated documents to finalize the loan. The loan was finalized and ready for signature well before the closing date.

Josh is very knowlegable, helpful, resourceful, and quick. He treats your situation as if it was his own. His team works very well together and with the client. They are always available for questions and just to talk, they will patiently walk you through each step.

The best Im so blessed to have found them.They worked non stop for me putting up with me too until I got my house. Very hard working and caring. It was a lot of work because I have my own business so I needed more work than the average. Josh and his team did most of the work for me doing whatever it takes to help me. Im so grateful for all they did for me especially not giving up on me when things looked hard they kept on fighting for me.

Josh was the lender that I used for my first home purchase. He came highly recommended and he lived up to the hype. He worked diligently to get me approved for a mortgage loan and he and his team were great at collecting the needed documentation. They provided reminders of what I needed to have and by when to have them turned in. Closing went smooth. Overall I'm extremely happy with Josh and his whole team.

I began working with Josh Hanly on April 24, 2019. I was introduced to him through my Realtor. From the initial phone conversation, Josh was extremely helpful and accommodating. He understood that I had a very quick turnaround time on needing to move out of my current residence and finding a place to buy and then be able to close as quickly as possible. He did everything he could to make that happen for me.
