We recently worked with Josh at CMG Financial and we are so fortunate we found him. As (basically) first time home buyers, we were overwhelmed with all our choices - which mortgage company or lender to use, which real estate agent should we use, how much will it all cost, etc. Josh was always available to answer our questions, he was quick to respond and we closed in record time. Josh and his team had my back the entire time. They were there if I needed them via call or text and no matter how silly the question or if they had answered it before they were there for me. Josh Hanly and his team are the best. Very simple to write and to say, but it is the only way to describe my experience with Josh.
