I found a small dog on the parkway dodging cars. I stopped to pick him up. I drove with the dog 2 Jules Veterinary Center. This was a small dog in very good spirits but it was apparent that this dog had not been taken care of. I have never used Jules Veterinary Center but it was the closest Tracy vet that I knew of. I first came in to check it out and to ask about prices for various services like nail clipping, boarding, and just regular visits. I have two kittens, so I was very interested in what they could offer to me. I spoke with one of the ladies at the front for maybe 10-15 minutes. She was so kind and informative. She gave me a lot of tips about taking care of my kittens and sharing her own experiences with me. I recently moved to the area and lost a vet I loved in the process. However, I think I have found a wonder replacement in this place. They are clean, welcoming, honest, and thus far trustworthy.

We needed to put our dog down and the vet we normally go to could not meet our timeline. Not their fault as they were booked that day. I called Jules Veterinary Center, explained the situation and they were very professional. They said they had an appointment earlier in the day which worked for us. They asked to send our dogs file before they would make the decision to put her down and was it the right decision. The staff at Jules were unbelievable compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our Holly. They gave us all of the time we needed to decide and to spend with her. I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Atkins. She is an amazing doctor with such a wonderful bedside rapport with animals and families. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Everything they did for us was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My experience last Saturday, 10/14/17 was extremely different. From the time I arrived to leaving, the staff made me feel so important. I came early to register, which was simple, from that point I took my baby Belle (Basset Hound) to get weighed, then to the cleanest exam room I have seem, almost more pleasant than a doctor's office. Jules, and Dr. Olsen, and all of the staff I interacted with were polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful! This was my first time with Jules, and I was so impressed with the service, the quality of the facility, and the care given to my animal by all involved. I would highly recommend Jules to anyone who is looking for veterinary services.

I've been here so many times and can't believe I never wrote a review. This place is great. The vet doctors really seem to care about the animals and don't try to up sell you on stuff you don't need. Clean and more roomy now that they have moved to a new and larger location just a block away from where they were. Won't be disappointed if you bring your pet here. They even have shot clinics the first weekend of the month so you can get a discount.

Dr. Olsen is great, she is so caring and gentle. Everyone at Jules is dedicated to their profession. My Treylan tries to become invisible when he is there but is never anxious or nervous. He gets the best care at Jules.
