After a horrible time at another vet this afternoon. I called Jules to put my cat down. They had me come right away. Showed so much compassion. Towards my semi feral and myself. Took me on short notice after the nightmare 5 minutes before at the other vet. ( look a my reviews) I highly recommend coming here for all your pets needs. If I could do more stars I would. Thank you again While showing so much compassion and understanding. Your staff is awesome too Owe you some more pizza and sweets.
Speedy service and great follow up customer service. Great vet, will be taking my pets here from now on.

I cannot thank Jules Veterinary Center enough for all they did for trying to save Ivy my kitten! They went over & beyond what any Veterinarian has ever done in trying to save my pet! There are not enough words to thank Dr. Valdez and her entire staff for all they did for my Ivy! With COVID JVC did a nice job in keeping all parties safe and also see my pet in a timely manner. They are not going to be the cheapest veterinary in town but definitely the cleanest and friendliest. Thank you!
Why are there so many 1-2 star reviews??? All of them is because of customer service!! Example:!!! We had our 2 dogs, Beagle and Yorkie both pure bread with Jules boarding. We went to Reno... here it is.. something happen with my yorkie aka Chloe that's her name. They informed us of what's going on and what needed to be done. I took my dog here to get neutered last week. The staff was friendly and helped calm my nerves immensely. I enjoyed the fact that they're same day pick up vs other places that keep them over night. Had called around the area for prices on neutering and they're on the cheaper side compared to everywhere else! I recommend!
Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They provided me with the best solutions for my kitty and treated him very well! I went to another place for my kitten's shots and the lady there just grabbed him and he got scared and jumped off the table. take your pets here for their shots, etc. You won't regret it!
10/15/20 was my first visit to this place, as I am a new pet owner! I took my bunny here for a spay, & turns out it's actually a boy! They were very professional and helpful. They also saved me $200 by correcting the gender (neutering is a lot cheaper). Almost immediately when we got home, he was eating & pooping like normal, & today even did a binky a few times!
