In 2014 Jules assisted our family in the most peaceful and humane euthanasia of our beloved family dog. They helped make a very sad and gut wrenching experience bearable for all of us. I am however a customer of Grantline Veterinary Hospital because of their affordability. My pets are well cared for but I am just working class! March 31, 2018 I took my cat Binks to Affordable Pet Vet Clinic and had a down right terrible experience with pet care, customer service, and information provided. My little buddy got sick last month. Turned out to be really bad and I had to make the very difficult choice to put him to sleep to end his pain. The doctors and staff were very helpful and compassionate, which is good, because I was a complete wreck. We brought him in and they have a room set up where the family can say goodbye. Jules provides a very professional caring business for our dog. They show a of compassion and knowledge in the care of all animals going there. They explain all work that is being done and costs that are reflected to that work.
This is for the Pet Stay B&B. I called to inquire about their services and rates, they gave me a lot of info over the phone which I felt was great. They allowed me to take a tour of the place prior to the dogs stay and I was very pleased with the set up. I had 2 large dogs stay there, both shared a very large kennel and one of them got a little bath and nail trim. I want to start off by saying how thankful I am for Jessica and Dr. Olsen for saving my cat Simba! On Saturday 11-24-18 I gave my 8yo orange tabby about 3ft worth of yarn. I took a nap, thinking everything was fine, until I woke up to him coughing/trying to vomit. Nothing came out and I also couldn't located the yarn because you guessed it--he ate it! We have been bringing our pets to Jules for 18 years. They are the most loving vets we have ever encountered. Our first experience was went we needed to put our beloved pet down. With no account and no knowledge of us or our dog Frankie, Dr. Garcia from Jules came out to our home to put Frankie down in her own comfortable space. What a service. I have now been coming for care of our two kittens for nine months or so and the care has always been top notch. Everyone there has always been courteous, competent, professional, and caring. I personally wouldn't think of going anywhere else for care of our fur babies.
RAVE - let me repeat HUGE RAVE - JULES VET on 11th. I ended up at Jules after the post that was posted about Affordable Pet Clinic the other day. Initially I was supposed to have a procedure done for my pup at Affordable Pet Clinic, but after reading that post -I just couldn't take my pup there. The best decision I ever made!
