10/15/20 was my first visit to this place, as I am a new pet owner! I took my bunny here for a spay, & turns out it's actually a boy! They were very professional and helpful. They also saved me $200 by correcting the gender (neutering is a lot cheaper). Almost immediately when we got home, he was eating & pooping like normal, & today even did a binky a few times! I really wish in a small review there would be a way to express my gratitude to Dr. Valdez and the staff at Jules Veterinary. My German shepherd was diagnosed with Addison's Disease in May and had been under Dr. Valdez's care. Recently we moved a couple of hours away. It only made sense to find a new vet. Easier said than done. The original vet I went to recommended that I stop giving him prednisone daily. That was a bit of a red flag so I called Dr. Valdez. We drove 45 minutes to Jules Our rabbit was fighting for his life and no one near us would see an emergency rabbit. Jules would and even though our rabbit lost his fight a block away from the center when we arrived they took him with all swiftness and seriousness to try to save him. When they came back with our sweet boy to tell us he had past they were so compassionate and gave us time to grieve and they did footprints for us which has been a very special keepsake. Front desk is ALWAYS great, they actually seem to LOVE our animals! (you'd be surprised to how many nurses and doctors at different places act) They are always so nice to my Rocky, the doctors always take great care of him without adding unnecessary charges and services. I just dropped off my pup for an issue, that is quite urgent and they brought him in with no delay Amazing. Thank you Jules Staff!
Just arrived home with my pup Sugar and my feline both in tow. Today was a surgery and procedure day for both of my fur babies and everything went off without a hitch. Whew! So glad to be home as the day started off smoothly and very early. My 16 year beautiful cat Sylvester was in today for a second take on the removal of a substantially large tumor growing on the side of his body that had just been removed just over 1 week ago. 3 stars because the doctors seem to be really good and helpful, but honestly I've been to 4 other vets in Tracy and this is the worst experience I've had as far as service goes.
definitely recommend! we came in for a check up exam and diagnostics to see the reason for my dog's symptoms. she ended up having to have surgery for Pyometra (uterus infection)! the vets were all very nice and understanding. they called us every few hours to update us with treatment plans, etc. the surgery ended up being successful and we picked her up after her 3 day stay at their clinic. the price point $$ was definitely lower than what we expected after a teeth extraction, surgery, anesthesia, medication, IV fluids, etc.... read more
I have seen so many reviews and Facebook postings regarding the different veterinarians in Tracy. We chose Jules not necessarily based on reviews but more on immediate availability. We have a small chihuahua/terrier mix that we absolutely love. On Memorial Day weekend she started acting sick. She was not eating nor drinking and was very lethargic. The staff and vets are the best! They are some of the most compassionate and caring individuals I have had the opportunity to meet. When I drop my dog off here, I have complete trust she is in good hands! It definitely gives me piece of mind. Thanks Jules for being there for not just me, but my dog too.
