We have been taking our new puppy here for shots for about month and a half. So far we like it, courteous staff snd vet. My only complaint is every time we have to wait 10-15 minutes over our appointment time. We plan on continue going here for now and plan on trying out boarding our pup here too.

I could not give a bigger rave to Jule's Vet & Dr. Olson + their entire front end/nursing staff. My stress has gone way down having them care for our fur babies & their true genuine manner of caring for us & our dogs is just something you have to recognize them for. I'm giving 4 stars because while I've had a good experiences with the vets and nurses so far, the front desk customer service needs to be worked on. When I expressed my concerns with an issue she didn't seem to care, her response and tone was very rude. If a business is busy, it's not an excuse to be short and disconcerting with your customers. That's just bad customer service.
I absolutely love Jules! I haven't had a pet in quite a few years and when I adopted my beloved Bentley the bulldog, this place was so highly recommended from my new neighbors about their boarding facilities. What I love most is that upon entering the building, the staff behind the desk is always so nice and then when their boarding staff comes out to greet my dog, they greet him with such love that my dog is willingly wanting to go with them. My experience with Jules Veterinary Center was exceptional. While the circumstances of my visit were not pleasant, the staff could not have been kinder, more patient, and continuously exceeded my expectations. Kecia Valdez, the owner and the surgeon of my beloved dog made herself available over a holiday, quickly responding to my emails and having a nurse meet me at the hospital when they were closed. Yes a bit pricey, but after what i have gone through with many other incompetent veterinarians in tracy, i am willing to pay. My cocker spaniel sunny was treated with the most respect by Dr. Atkins and i can tell she knows what she is doing and truly cares about your pet's health. the ladies at the front have a lot on their plates everyday but i think they handle it well and with grace. I will never go elsewhere! If you love your pet you will bring them here. The staff here is super nice , the drs know what they are doing . Don't trust anywhere else, Jules is where my trust is!
Our dogs love Dr. Olsen, and all the staff. Very thorough. So glad to find them. Love it that some are Aggies too!
