From Dr. Valdez on down to the medical team and staff are the best group of people for physical care and emotional support I've encountered. Their routines from taking the weight of the pet each visit through any treatment to offering free beverages for us furless types makes one feel welcomed and reassured that every detail in care for my pets is being taken. Over the 10 years I've been going to Jules I have had multiple foster and found dogs and each and every one has received the best of care.
Update: my rabbit was slowly fading and it was obvious that his quality of life was lacking. I called Jules and they scheduled an appointment for us to let him pass peacefully. Their new center is amazing. There is a separate room that they let you in while you say goodbye to your furry family member. There was never any pressure and the staff was very empathetic. Jules Veterinary Center is wonderful. The people are very friendly and helpful, it is a clean, safe environment to take your fur baby. We have been going to Jules for many years through multiple pets and have always felt that we received the best care and attention. I know that Dr. Valdez often donates her time and expertise helping the community here and abroad. This place is the best and we highly recommend them for your fur baby

Just new to California . My 13 year old Labrador was seen by 2 different doctors in the past two days . For extreme pain . Both doctors and vet techs were so helpful , kind & very compassionate . Explained everything so well . Gave me different options with no pressure what so ever . He is doing so much better today . And I'm so thankful that he isn't wincing in pain . They fit me in quickly both times last minute. I have a follow up Friday . I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Jules Veterinary and their staff. Recently we found ourselves dealing with a serious health issue with our adult son who lives out of town. Along with that my husband was injured in an accident. We were needing to travel to be with our son. Our plan was to take our dog with us. I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Valdez since 2001 when she first opened in Tracy. She is knowledgeable, caring and a amazing doctor. Her offices are always clean and the staff is wonderful! I would highly recommend taking your animals to Jules Vet Center. They will care for your pets and answer any question you might have. I know that finding a good vet is hard to do. You just don't know what to expect. You wont be disappointed. They are the Best!!
Our first visit was a sad one. I was looking for a place online that takes bunnies as our little lionhead was ill. Jules popped up as one of the only vets in Tracy. Puffy somehow got out of his hutch and was wandering the yard for a few days before got him back in his home. After that, we noticed he was not feeling well that morning but thought he was tired.
