I felt like I was on a conveyor belt because I had a different servicer every week or two. I would have felt more comfortable if I were only dealing with 1 to 3 people. Also, I didn't know that I would have to mail out physical checks to the debtors. I spent 2 days on the phone and at the post office and FedEx sending out checks which cost me about $60 . Initially I heard $4000 (customers think of total charges) to save $40000. End result kept changing I paid $7000. Just because you save me money if I keep loan for the full 30 years does not mean you can just add charges at will. Make these up front. At least $22000 of my debt is from financing. Twice with your company

I was passed off 5 or 6 times to different people during this process. It was difficult to keep track of who I was supposed to be dealing with. I don’t like that many people having access to my personal information especially with one who “was no longer with the company”. Too many cooks in the kitchen.

Is seems that after we agreed to refinance with you that the communication was not great. We had to correct the notary several times while she was here, some of the paperwork even had errors. Then as soon as everything was final you sold our mortgage to one of the WORST companies out there! Gee thanks! :/ So yeah....experience was ok bit not great.
