Living in this building has been wonderful! I've lived in Gibson Flats for a year now and it is absolutely wonderful. The property is extremely well-maintained: the hallways and stairwells are clean, the parking garage is regularly power washed, the common areas have been updated (work out room, community room), the pool is always clean - ETC. Amazing Staff! Perfect Apartment! I moved to the Dallas area about 3 months ago and struggled to find an apartment that fit my needs. My locator suggested Pure Farmer's Market and I loved the location! The property is very appealing and conveniently located to the major highways. I toured with a cute blonde leasing agent. High Quality Apartments in the perfect location This is by far one of the nicest apartment complexes I have stayed in and it was nice to witness the various improvements over time as a tenant. From the outside, the apartments are beautiful with a nice color theme but once you've seen the upgraded units, it definitely adds to the beauty. Dorado Ranch Apartments I love my home, have been living here for 8 years. Great place. I have experienced many changes of office staff but have always had 100% professionalism and very helpful. There are strict rules, the reason for being a great home community.
Welcoming, willing & responsive The new leasing/management team is stellar. When the recent cold front arrived, Lexi made sure my heater issue was immediately resolved. Upon her arrival, Kellie went out of her way to address an issue in the common area. They are always welcoming, willing, and responsive.

Rough start, but great finish I have been living in a 1bd/1bath unit with my dog for a little over a month now and things are finally starting to smooth out. I had looked at a couple other properties, but decided to live at Gibson Flats due to the location and availability of a downtown-facing apartment with a balcony. Wonderful Area!!! These apartments are nice with a lot of space for a single adult, would recommend to others. It's really close to the mall and only 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. They have made my stay pleasant. I am 100% happy here and I am extremely picky when it comes to where I reside. I would definitely recommend Cameron Creek to anyone!

Beware of the leasing office, but decent place to live.
