Karen did a thorough analysis of the property and we put it on the market much higher than I would have myself. Listed on a Monday with immediate showings. Received a full price offer on Wednesday and signed a contract by Thursday. There were a number of issues with the property but Karen coordinated them and we were able to move to closing. They entire experience was more than my wife and I could have hoped for. Bravo!
