Karen was very helpful in our hunt and purchase of our first home. She was able to find potential problems in homes that we did not see. Karen sold our home in two weeks with a wonderful 8-page full-color brochure, complete with the house plans. She has excellent networking through WPAFB and other organizations. She worked with us on the inspection and all the final papers for closing after we had relocated out of state. We always had peace of mind, knowing that she would take care of everything needed in the sale.
As a result of following Karen's recommendation for a particular home stager and Karen's use of a professional photographer for the listing, we sold our house within 24 hours of listing it!! Our house had never looked better and Karen was so easy to work with!!
