Organization, that is what Karen thrives in. Karen is there when you need her. Very up to date and knowledgeable in the reality field. Both of our sales were professionally negotiated and thoroughly processed without any questionable areas. I would recommend Karen to all of my friends that are considering selling their property.
Karen was very helpful to me as a first time homebuyer. She set up showings for all the houses we wanted to see, and really let us form our own opinions of the houses. When we settled on the one we wanted, she moved quickly (even came into the office on a Saturday night to draw up the contract with us!) and got it done! Thanks, Karen!

Karen was top notch in selling our home. We had been trying for three years after the housing crash, and after a few unsuccessful realtors, she really came through. She is very professional and goes above and beyond. I would definitely use her again if I needed a realtor.

The seller's agent was very difficult to get timely information from. She was very persistence about getting the information we needed from him. We have two small children, and she was very willing to work around our schedule. She also has a moving truck she let us use free of charge.

When Karen took on our house, our experience trying to sell it immediately changed. She as very businesslike and forthright with her advice, and we trusted her because of her obvious knowledge and experience. She was always friendly and responsive, a definite problem-solver. I'd use her again with hesitation if we ever return to the Dayton market. She's terrific.
