Karen was professional in every regard. Her expertise, experience, and patience in the selling of our home netted us top dollar. We had a nice quality home to sell but the layout was not what the typical modern buyer would choose. Karen was able to analyze the feedback from several showings and encouraged us not to drop the price because price was not the issue.
