Karen was absolutely phenomenal. As a first time home buyer who was very hesitant and full of questions, Karen was always willing to answer whatever I asked. She was also never pushy, or trying to pressure me into a sale. She knew what to ask when I didn't, and took fantastic care of me. My experience with her has led to me recommending her to anyone I know looking for a realtor.
Karen has always represented us and the rest of her clients with the best possible care and respect. She knows the market, market trends and inventory better than anyone with whom we have worked. She is very professional in her dealings and follow-up. She prepared a beautiful marketing piece and plan for our existing house and it sold in less than two weeks. She then found us the perfect home with great views and the perfect floor plan for our lifestyle. We would highly recommend her either if you are buying or selling.
Karen is excellent to work with when it comes to selling or buying. I have had her sell two of my houses and buy one house and she has done this with great success. Highly recommend!
Karen is the best! She is very patient and finds properties that match whatever requirements you give her. I just wish she had a greater range (my nephew in Idaho will soon need to house hunt)! If you need to sell a property, she's the one you want! She will find you a buyer fast! She sold a condo back in 2011 for me.
Karen is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market and selling process. She is very efficient and responsive, I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job!

Amazing!!! She sold our home the first weekend we listed it!!! Guided us through the long process and has a great list of contacts to help stage and get your house ready to list. Introduces us to our builder as well.
Karen helped us sell our home and buy a new home. Made helpful pre-sale visits, offering advice as to what improvements would help with the sale, and those which would not provide a return. Very much attention to detail. Always gets back to you quickly. Helps you through some of the "tense" moments. I cannot recommend Karen more highly.
Sales and purchases of homes can be stressful with unexpected changes or delays. With each of our homes, Karen was able to guide us through. When needed, she really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! And of course the use of her truck for moving is a huge asset!
