Working with Karen with the purchase of our first home was a great experience. Her knowledge of the local real estate market helped us get showings quickly, easing our search. Her moving truck was also an invaluable asset to helping us move into our new home!

Karen is a top notch professional. She guided us through the process of selling our first house, through the price setting, marketing, photos and listing, and ultimately sale. She was on top of the market conditions, and gave us at least weekly feedback. We accepted an offer near our asking price in about 5-6 weeks in declining market conditions. We would highly recommend Karen.
Karen was great to work with when we sold our home over 9 years ago. She is very knowledgeable, took great picture of our house for marketing purposes, and we sold FAST! To this day we still hear from Karen multiple times a year, her networking skills are beyond what most realtors do to keep in touch. If we ever move again, I would not hesitate to contact her and have recommended her multiple times.

Moving from out of state Karen did an outstanding job in helping me find my home. She is very professional, knows the local area, responsive and very professional. She was very honest and upfront and a nonsense attitude. Having Karen as my realtor eliminated the stress of being new to the area and buying a new home. It was great having someone in your corner who knows her business and is 100% working for you to buy the biggest investment of your life.
Karen was very knowledgable about the market and what people were looking for. She gave suggestions to ready the inside and out for presentation. I especially liked the cards describing the selling points of the house, and the pictures and descriptions for the flyer. Karen is wonderful to work with and worked quickly to sell our home.
