This is the 2nd home we've listed with Karen! The first one was a condo in 2010 and condos were very hard to sell back then but it was her professional connections that sold it. Karen is great! She listed our old house that sold in a day and helped us negtiate our current house where we've been for nearly 12 years. Our neighbor had his house listed for over three months with no activity. We recommended Karen to them and Karen sold their home within a couple of weeks as well as the new buyers house!
