Friendly staff explained all to me in a good way
Dr Balch listened to me regarding my knee we made a plan to have TKR and now I much better than I was and no pain

I’m not sure what visit you’re referring to. Do you mean the surgery, itself? If so, then the results speak for themselves. My range of motion after ~2 weeks, is way above schedule according to my PT folks, even better than it was for the first knee done last year.
