All staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well as professional and knowledgeable.

I’m not sure what visit you’re referring to. Do you mean the surgery, itself? If so, then the results speak for themselves. My range of motion after ~2 weeks, is way above schedule according to my PT folks, even better than it was for the first knee done last year.
