I cannot say enough how fortunate I am to have a doctor like Dr Balch. He and his team are wonderful! Let me add the fact that my appointments are always on time. I never ever have to wait. Please keep in mind just because they are efficient with time doesn't mean that I feel neglected in any way. They all take their time with me. Especially doctor Balch he is so wonderful to sit and talk with. He's got the best bedside manner! Besides being the top in his field he is kind courteous and funny! Dr. Balch, I would say paid attention in class & probably even read the books about knees. Dr. Balch clearly described the condition of my knee that was being shown on the X-RAY. Dr. Balch is a competent,caring professional. Mack Phillips
Not sure if anything could have been done differently, but I still have pain and the knee is still swollen, why? I would like to see another knee specialist soon, to see if he can find something else that might have been missed. If not I am tired of dealing with Workers Comp, same thing every month, not making the kind of money to pay my bills before I was hurt.
Dr. BALCH is Efficient and Cares about his patients ! I would 100 % recommend him !!!
