Dr. Balch did not candy coat my diagnosis or treatment. He informed me of what was to be done and why. Communication with Dr. Balch and his staff has been completed in a timely manner and profesionally. I appreciate the thoroughness taken in preparing for my surgery and the aftercare along with encouragement and reassurance.
I have been seeing Dr Balch for a while. I was already a patient for arthritis when I had my accident 3 years ago and he skillfully put my leg back together to buy more time before having to do this replacement. This replacement went smoothly. The care and planning was excellent.
Dr. Balch is very knowledgeable, goes over everything so you can understand what is happening and what options there are to fix the problem.
