Had never heard of Dr. Balch until I was assigned to him and even during visits my confidence in his abilities was not so great because I mostly dealt with his PA Sydney who is amazing. However, I have to say that I now feel glad that he performed my surgery. The whole process has been organized and he has been very professional. Thank you
