I made the decision to have knee replacement surgery because of Dr. Balch. I had been dealing with a degenerating knee for close to 15 years because my work and, being a chicken held me back from committing. My experience with Dr. Balch has been outstanding. From the set up of care before and after the procedure, His team has really worked hard to make a patient’s quality of life the absolute best that it can be.
Dr has a great team that takes care of us patience. I can call with a question and they get back to me. Dr Balch has performed other surgeries on me and all have has great outcomes.
Dr. Balch and Sydney were extremely caring and honest about my care and what I could expect during each of my appointments with them. I was given exact instructions for pre op, and post op. I received weekly check ins prior to surgery and am receiving daily check ins now that I am post op. I am excited about my surgical procedure and am looking forward to my future with my new knee and straight leg.

On Jan 7, 2025 Dr Balch performed my 2nd hip replacement and to be honest, I’ve had such great results with both hips that I wouldn’t want any other doctor to perform the surgery. Everything from the consultation to follow up visits after surgery have been exceptional. Dr Balch reviewed my test results, explained the problem, why I was having pain, what he could do to help me, what to expect during and after surgery and my recovery. Dr Balch is the best to insure a great outcome after surgery and I highly recommend him.
